About Your Baker: Cristina Nidome
I thought cooking and prepping hot meals for family and friends was my ultimate passion, then I discovered the art of sourdough, and it opened my eyes to the beautiful world of baking.
It took me almost 40 years to realize that:
- baking is not just for professionals
- baking mistakes are either new lessons learned or new creations waiting to be discovered
- sourdough starter and dough is basically slime (or play-doh) for adults
- The smell of freshly baked bread releases endorphins, which is why I believe it should be every households candle.
Our Products
My specialty is sourdough loaves, however, I also offer a wide variety of other baked goods, including cookies, pastries, pan dulce, tortillas, and more.
All sourdough loaves are made with 3 simple ingredients: organic flour, salt and water. No yeast, sugar or additives.
